The same problem with phone numbers starting with "9" after country. You can add it in profile, but when making an order and filling it in address it's impossible. Fix this please. The numbers in Bulgaria starting with "9" are alot...

Update: Absolutely terrible service. No way to contact Customer support. One of my shipments was sent out for delivery in another neighborhood, the other was sent out for delivery in another city 400 km from where I live because the address in the waybill was wrong. I had to pay additional fee to local carrier to redirect it. What is most annoying is that I can’t even file a complaint. I found a live chat in About us section, but it’s redirecting me to Home or Help section. So basically there is no live chat at all! Old comment: The search function doesn’t work that well with key words compared to Shein and Temu. Price is completely different when you add the product in the cart. You need to check if all coupons are automatically applied and if not to apply it manually. The lack of size chart with measurements of product and body measurements is extremely annoying. I had to send questions to the sellers and wait for an answer to be able to make the order, because there is no way you could be sure if you are buying the right size for yourself. In that regard Shein and Temu have a huge advantage and make purchase experience much better. If delivery and products are good I might give it another try in the future.

I am disappointed with this online shopping application, especially after the recent currency change in our country. The app has converted prices from BGN to EURO using a 1:1 exchange rate, which is incorrect and misleading.As a result, many products appear significantly more expensive than they should be. This creates confusion for users and gives the impression that prices have increased unfairly. For an application that is meant to make online shopping easier and more transparent, this is a serious issue.I strongly believe the developers should update the app to reflect the correct exchange rate as soon as possible. Until then, the app cannot be fully trusted for accurate pricing, and this negatively affects the overall user experience.

I am extremely disappointed with Trendyol. I ordered specific clothes but received completely different items. Instead of getting what I paid for, I had to deal with a mistake that was not my fault. The return process is so inconvenient and complicated that I eventually decided not to return the order because it simply was not worth the time, effort, and frustration.I expected reliability and professional service, but my experience was the exact opposite. When a customer receives the wrong products, the solution should be quick and easy, not another burden placed on the customer. Unfortunately, my experience with Trendyol was entirely negative, and I would not recommend this platform to others.
We have updated our app for a smoother and more enjoyable experience. With performance improvements and bug fixes in the background, shopping is now more reliable than ever. We will keep making regular updates to make things easier and more secure.
