I love shopping for my cat here. My only suggestion is for you to show clearly what products are available and which are not so I don’t have to go back and guess what I have to delete from my basket when I have been shopping for some time and I am ready to pay.

It’s unbelievably inconvenient for me to have to switch several payment options in order to succeed to finalize my payment. More than one time I’ve tried to pay with my credit card and it was never successful. Fix your website please, over the years that I’ve been your client it’s becoming more and more inconvenient for me to use your services! Instead of becoming better you’re increasing the prices, not working on different payment methods or delivery options. Cheaper packaging for the dry food, smaller amounts, quality has decreased. I do understand that you need to earn money for your services but we are talking about the well-being of people’s pets and it’s not right to benefit from something that’s actually harming living beings! I will consider you as a last resort for future purchases. Extremely disappointed!

Extremely disappointing experience

Never using Zooplus again.The Zooplus Repeat subscription service is an absolute mess. I signed up expecting convenient, automatic deliveries of my cat’s food. Instead, my next delivery was initially scheduled for eight weeks later, even though I needed the products much sooner.After contacting customer support, they arranged an earlier delivery, which I appreciated. However, just a few days after receiving my order, Zooplus charged me AGAIN and dispatched another identical order within the same week!🫠🫠 Why would anyone need two identical deliveries just days apart?By the time I noticed the second charge, the order had already been dispatched, meaning I now have to refuse the delivery or arrange a return and wait for my money back. I’ve wasted so much time contacting customer support to fix problems that should never have happened in the first place.The subscription system is poorly managed, confusing and incredibly frustrating. What was supposed to make shopping easier has turned into a complete headache.I’ve cancelled my subscription and won’t be ordering from Zooplus again.I strongly recommend being extremely careful with their Repeat subscription service.
