I don’t understand why you need Turkish ID for registration. I can’t choose that I am not Turkish citizen. In other case when I am trying to change the region in AppStore - AppStore needs credit card belonging to this country.
Messed up login

I created an account with my email and phone number (Bulgarian) and got verification code sent to it, then added account details and payment etc, but now when I need to login again I can only use phone number and each time it sends me a new verification code (for no reason) which I don’t receive anymore. Why just not use the email as login or confirmation? Now they have my account with all my data but don’t let me use it or even delete it.
