Do not download ShortMax!!!!

I downloaded this app and from the very beginning it completely froze my phone. Constant lag, crashes, and nothing works properly. Then it tricks you into paying so you can supposedly watch “for free”, and what do I get? — “Sorry, we have a problem.” That’s it. No content, no service, no explanation. This is a total waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional app that only creates problems. If you don’t want your phone to crash and your money to be taken for nothing — STAY AWAY FROM SHORTMAX.It’s shameful that apps like this are allowed in the store and mislead people. 0/10, would never recommend it to anyone.

We are truly sorry for the crashes, lag, charges, and the "something went wrong" error you encountered while downloading and using the ShortMax app. This must have caused you a great deal of frustration and a terrible experience, which is absolutely not what we intended. We take the issues with charges and error messages you mentioned very seriously. If you have made a payment but are unable to watch, please first check if the ID linked to your account has ever been changed. Additionally, to help us quickly identify and resolve your issue, could you please send the specific show name you were having trouble with, along with your account registration email, to shorttv.service@shorttv.live. We will immediately assign a specialist to follow up. Once again, we sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction, and we will seriously examine these problems and work hard to improve.
