2.0.4 24/12/2025
What’s New
This update introduces several functional upgrades and structural improvements to enhance precision, workflow efficiency, and overall training stability.
Live Training Redesign
The Live Training module has been re-engineered for clearer real-time feedback. Set execution, rest summaries, and exercise data are now separated into dedicated views, improving focus during active sets and increasing the accuracy of displayed metrics.
Weekly Muscle Set Counter
A new analytics feature automatically calculates weekly set volume per muscle group. This provides a more accurate overview of training load distribution and supports long-term programming decisions.
Smart Rest System
Rest periods now adapt dynamically based on set effort.
Velocity Loss Notifications
Users can now configure alerts that trigger when a selected percentage of velocity loss is reached. This allows precise monitoring of fatigue thresholds and supports velocity-based training protocols.
Advanced Rep Detection Delay
Added two new modes for rep detection delay:
– Time-based delay: Prevents early rep registration by enforcing a minimum wait duration.
– Sensor stabilization delay: Counts reps only after sensor motion stabilizes, improving reliability in exercises with an initial static phase.
Workout Planner Enhancements
The Workout Planner has been improved for more consistent programming.
Freestyle Workout Mode
A flexible mode that allows users to begin training immediately without predefined structure. The system detects sets and reps automatically and logs all performance metrics in the background.
Optimization & Bug Fixes
General performance improvements, refined sensor handling, reduced UI latency, and multiple stability fixes across the app.
