- H1 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) device is intended for continuous monitoring of interstitial fluid glucose levels in persons aged 3 years and older with diabetes mellitus including pregnant Woman. It provides real-time glucose readings, allowing users to track trends in their glucose levels and receive alerts if levels fall below or rise above a preset threshold. The product is disposable, designed for single use by one user, does not require fingerstick calibration, and can be used for up to 14 days.
The measurements can support medical decision and can be used as a basis for determining or adjusting treatment regimens for diabetic patients.
The indication for children aged 3 to 12 is restricted to those under the supervision of a caregiver who is at least 18 years old. The caregiver is accountable for managing or aiding the child in managing the App and Sensor, as well as interpreting or helping the child interpret Sensor glucose readings.
Intended Use /Purpose
The Device consists of sensor (including sensor wire and transmitter), applicator and software. The Device composed is intended for the continuous monitoring of interstitial fluid glucose levels.
Indications For Use
The Device is indicated for the management of diabetes mellitus in persons with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes to monitor glucose patterns and trends. - Safety Information
- 1.Do not use the Sensor if its sterile package has been damaged or opened, as it may cause infection.
2.Do not disregard symptoms that could indicate hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. If you experience symptoms that don’t align with your CGM’s glucose readings and alerts, or if you suspect that these readings and alerts may be inaccurate, always verify your blood glucose levels with a finger-stick test using a blood glucose meter.
3.The product is a one-piece structure, the sensor, transmitter and applicator are for single use by a single person only, please do not reuse.
4.Modifications are prohibited. Do not modify any component of the Continuous Glucose Monitoring Device.
5.The device must not be used with automated insulin dosing (AID) devices, including closed loop and insulin suspend devices, or used with unauthorized software to guide the dosing of insulin.
6.If the button is pressed by mistake, it may cause the needle to extend out, which may cause puncture risk. After applying the button, please promptly cover the lower cover and dispose of the applicator according to local regulations.
7.The Continuous Glucose Monitoring Device contains small parts that may be dangerous if swallowed, and users are advised to keep the product out of the reach of children or pet at any time.
8.In hospitalized children, metabolic stressors and medications can potentially reduce CGM accuracy; healthcare providers should consider corroborating readings with blood glucose measurements, especially in critically ill patients.
