I would like to share my bad experience with reservation made by GetYourGuide, which is common problem as I heard.We were 6 girls and I have reserved six tickets one day before for 04:30 pm for Guell Park Barcelona. At 04:00 we were already traveling to the Park, when we got a call from GetYourGuide telling us that our reserved, paid and confirmed tickets could be used for the next day, because there isn’t available tickets for the booked time in the park. We were very angry angry about it, furthermore we were almost there! So while waiting infront of the park we spent 1 hour speaking with your service center. On the first call they said that the first availability is ot the next day, second person said that there are available tickets for 6 o’clock pm on the same date and on the third call we got again totally different information about the availability. Meanwhile we spoke with the official ticket office of the park who said that there are actually available tickets for 5 pm on the same date. The tickets on the entrance of the park were even cheaper! We couldn’t wait so much time because we had a flight in the evening, that’s why we used the site GetYourGuide where we can choose specific date and hour, which we found for the best way to do it.The woman from the tickets office on the entrance of the park tried to resolve the issue and spoke very long with GetYourGuide and finally we understood that they don’t have information about the availability and their systems are not synchronized with the offical ticket system of Guell Park. The booking number I’ve received from GetYourGuide couldn’t be found in your systems, which is unbelievable worse! Novody couldn’t help us from the support hotline. After that bad experience we contact the claims department of ParkGuell and the confirmed that they do not habe partnership with GetYourGuide, that’s why the systems are not synchronized. Furthermore they told me that GetYourGuide sells tickets illegally with additional fees!

We were at an event, blocked, we stood in one place for 50 minutes, we could neither continue nor get off, they delayed us for the next event, from GetYourGuide we only heard how sorry they were and how they understood that this was disappointing, but in fact these are hypocritical copy - paste words, the captain promised us that they would refund our money, but GetYourGuide decided that their policy was not that and they would get rich with 50% of the amount from our misfortune. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not use them.
