GPS coordinates are inaccurate

The bus stops are marked inaccurately, even though the GPS coordinates suggest maximum precision. This is especially important when you need to know which side of the road the stop is on. Also, if the bus is delayed (in my case by 20 minutes), this is not reflected in the app.

Great until it stopped working

I was delighted with the iOS app and the overall service. Was able to book, buy and carry my bus tickets with only one application.However. The last time... I was trying to buy tickets and the app crashed (“payment was not successful, try again”). It charged me for tickets, but I did not receive them. Help desk confirmed there was no booking on my name.After talking with help desk, I created refund request; they mentioned a few iOS customers got the same problem already, obviously there is a technical issue. Hope that FlixBus will do the refund. I am not willing to buy tickets via the iOS app any more.
