Non-stop message that my phone and console should be on the same network and they are…. The app is just unusable and there seems to be no other option to play on playstation except this problematic app… wanted to play with my kids and we can’t, because it won’t let us connect

The problem is existing for one month. I cannot play the game for 1 month and still wait the fix? When do you think it will be fixed? When starting the game and it crashes 1-2 min after the login...Please, do something.
