Interface has trivial and quite frustrating bugs when you operate certain options/functions. Schedules require a lot of getting used to, they are not very user friendly especially when you want a one time change. There were improvements made of the time to apply/response on a mew commands that created new situations with bugs. How hard it is to display external temperature and previous and next time to defrost the external heat exchanger.
This can’t be real in 2025

I can’t believe this is an app from a top ac manufacture in 2025! Hideous UI from a 2000 textbook. For a schedule you need an hour to figure it out. Sometimes commands don’t send. Please hire somebody and fix this asap because it is downright insulting to your customers.

Totally disappointing app. How can a TOP air conditioner manufacturer have such a thing. I wouldn't recommend the brand to anyone considering how the app looks!Daikin's app is many years ahead take an example.
