Информирате се за своите услуги, имате лесен и бърз достъп до изговорени и оставащи минути и MB в мобилния ви план, преглеждате и плащате своите сметки онлайн, презареждате предплатената си карта, добавяте минути и МВ, активирате роуминг.

Влезте в приложението със своя VIVACOM мобилен номер или въведете e-mail и парола. Ако се регистрирате за първи път, ще получите SMS код за потвърждение. На началния екран ще видите актуален статус за мобилната услуга, която ползвате. Следете лесно оставащите в плана ви минути, MB и SMS. Можете да активирате и деактивирате роуминг услуга и да добавяте още минути, MB и SMS към мобилния си план. Имате достъп до списък с всички ваши услуги.
Плащате сметките си навреме, защото приложението ви информира за това. Правите го само с няколко клика. В допълнение разполагате с архив на вашите сметки и бърз достъп до сваляне на фактури.

Приложението е подходящо за всички VIVACOM клиенти.


Useful for every VIVACOM client!

Take control of your services, have easy and quick access to used and remaining minutes and MB in your mobile plan, view and pay your bills online, recharge your prepaid card, add minutes and MB, activate roaming.

Sign in with your VIVACOM mobile number or enter an email and password. If you sign up for the first time, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On the Home screen, you'll see the current status for the mobile service you're using. Check remaining minutes, MB or SMS any time. You can activate and deactivate a roaming service and add more minutes, MB and SMS to your mobile plan. You have access to a list of all your services.
No more overdue bills! The application informs you in time. You can pay with a few clicks. You have an archive of your accounts and quick access to invoice downloads.

The application is suitable for all VIVACOM customers.

Not the best

The app is loading for ages in the beginning. I always try to avoid the trouble - it is annoying to wait for about a minute just to see there isn’t even much functionality to offer. What is it loading for so long, I don’t get it?!

The outdated app

A few years back this app was all I needed - it showed my accumulated minutes and data traffic. Now it still basically good only for that. The UI is super outdated compared to competitors apps - the only change recently was the color change and nothing more. Also the complains from other people that it’s slow - still valid to a certain point - as some things take longer to load as if they have something to show - for example when you click on your minutes it loads as if it will show you list of calls or something like that but no it just loads it into a new window - there are many examples of this where it seems that some actions are just placeholders and nothing more.
Would be really nice to have better functionality and a bit more user friendly experience so that you can do more with the app. I’ll give a small example of basic thing missing (or I am blind and didn’t find it) - you can’t check up until when your plan is active, what exactly are your bonuses from it and what it will become after the 2 years or so have passed - you just get a generic offer a few months in advance to revamp the plan with a new more expensive one. If thing like this were in the app it would greatly improve the customer service and you wont need to visit a physical shop especially in pandemic time.

Payment is never easy

I’ve really never paid easy via this app. VIVACOM encourages to use the app, they offer some discounts. However I prefer paying my bill via e-bank account, despite I can loose the discounts. At the begging it was hard to add and save a new credit card. Once this got working, now it says “payment it trying to process, please try again later”. I’ve tried to log a support case through the app, no such option?! So here is my issue now explained in this review. It will definitely take time to have it fully working. I don’t have nerves and time for that
