I really liked the app

I really liked the app, but for the pst few months I can’t pay using it. It was very easy and fast, but now I have to go to a telenor office every time I want to pay. And with the situation that is happening it would be easier to pay online. A staff member from telenor told me to delete the app and install it again, but it didn’t work.

Overall great with a huge BUT

I am generally satisfied with the app, it doesn’t crash, it’s useful and the design is friendly. However, please do something about the payments system. It’s been months since I’ve been able to smoothly pay my monthly bill through the app. I insert my card details, receive and confirm my 3Ds password from my bank and then - nothing. I usually wait for a few days and then try again, but still - nothing. We don’t have a local office in my town so then I have to pay through 3rd parties. I have been using the same card and it works fine with other payments, so I wonder what the issue may be. It would be so much more convenient to be able to pay via the app again. My internet connection is definitely not at fault - I use the data provided by you guys, no proxies, no VPN. 🤷‍♀️

Totally useless app - problem after problem

The app is as useless as calling the Telenor support line. If you try to pay your bill trough the app - good luck with that! It won’t let you do it unless you wait for 30 minutes because the app cannot refresh the information about payment. Total tragedy! I wish you cared more about your customers Telenor!Now I see it is not only a problem of mine! Hundreds of people are experiencing the same problem and what you are doing is nothing. Nothing has changes since last year - people with same problem are writing again and again. This is absurd! I am waiting for a response! It is a shame that I cant rate the app with no stars! One star is way too much for what you offer in this app.

It won’t let you do it unless you wait for 30 minutes because the app cannot refresh the information about payment. Total tragedy! Disaster - top-up not working

Prepaid card top-up is not working. So I topped 10BGN only to find out the greedy “neshtastnici” at Yettel raised the monthly package price to 12. Went back to add more money and been stuck with the app unable to process another top-up. Called the support and was told there was no problem with the payment gateway. Meanwhile the SIM is using up the credit as pay-as-you-go. Also meanwhile I see reviews here stating the same issue with 3DS, which are 3 years old. Dealing with Yettel is a huge time and money waste. I haven’t topped-up today and still getting “daily top-up limit reached”. Also the app can’t store a card number and have to re-enter every time. Absolutely pathetic app and pretend-telecom.
