Overcharging
Very disappointing!
Our contract was with a fixed transaction fee of 0,99% which was not respected and after a raised concern, and a promise of having the issue solved, now 4 months later, we’re still being overcharged by 50% of the agreed rate (1,45 instead of 0,99%). Moreover, they said that even if they fixed the rate, the overcharges would not be refunded retroactively!
Easiest banking tool ever
It is amazing how easy everything is. Only time I contacted support was for something that was right under my nose the whole time - I guess it was too obvious for a banking app. MyPOS app and the service as a whole has been nothing short of amazing for our business for almost a year now
