The ONECTA application can, from any place at any time, control and monitor the status of your heating system and allows you to (*):
Monitor:
- The status of your system:
> Room temperature
> Requested room temperature
> Operation mode
> Fan speed
> Requested domestic hot water tank temperature

- Energy consumption graphs (day, week, month)
Control:
- Operation mode
- Change the requested room temperature
- Change the requested domestic hot water temperature
- Powerful mode (fast heating domestic hot water)
Schedule:
- Schedule the room temperature and operation modes
- Schedule the heating of the domestic hot water tank
- AC Demand control to reduce power consumption during certain moments of the day.
- Enable holiday mode
Voice control:
- Voice control through Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
- To use these features, you need a smart speaker compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
- You can also use the Amazon voice or Google Assistant apps and use these features on your mobile.
- Supported commands: On/Off, Set/Get room temperature, Increase/Decrease temperature, Set operation mode, …
- Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.
- Extra languages (Google only): Danish, Dutch, Norwegian & Swedish

Ratings and Reviews
Firmware 3.1.33 broke app
After latest firmware update from yesterday the app can no longer operate AC units. The old app Daikin Controller still works and shows the version is properly updated so this is very likely an issue with Onecta.
Following the steps from the developer comment to this review has resolved the issue for me.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and are aware of the issue. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. A status page is available at https://daikincloudsolutions.statuspage.io/ where you can follow our progress. We have indicated some possible workarounds that should fix the issue till we have a final solution available.
Cannot update firmware
Updating Air Conditioner firmware with this software is a nightmare. One has to be connected to the home Wi-Fi to begin, then it fails. We need to switch to DaikinAP, otherwise it won’t accept firmware updates. But then the iPhone is offline so it can’t download firmware. The trick is to switch between these two until the update succeeds which may take hours in multiple attempts. Finally the DaikinAP remains active with no obvious way to disable. So we need to reset Wi-Fi settings on the AC unit, then reconnect again, which brings DaikinAP up again, but now ONECTA shows the units as offline and offers to connect them to the cloud. Once this is done, DaikinAP is finally turned off. Whoever designed this behaviour needs to get stoned. It has been like this for each update ever since I bought the two Prefera units one year ago.
Monitoring
It will be better to show the water presure of the system in the aplication.
