As a feedback I would like to suggest you to make the app running in background. It's super annoying to be mandatory to keep the app open to download/upload files. This is something you could work on for better user experience.On other hand the platform is great and gives us a lot of possibilities which other competitors don't actually provide. Hopefully we'll see some changes in the background processes of the app and also I hope to see updated version of the music player like some other users do as well. Keep it up! You are doing great!
Satisfied with the service

I am satisfied with the mobile and desktop app but there are some limitations. I chose pcloud because of their lifetime plans. Since I have many photos and shoot a lot I prefer to store them in the cloud. However, sometimes it is very difficult to find old photos in the mobile app. Please consider adding possibilities for search by date and location in the mobile app! Other thing I don’t like about the app is that it should be always open to sync my files and it doesn’t sync in the background.

I have a “Lifetime” account, and I am very happy with it. Started with 500 GB, then a year later they offered me a “Black Friday” deal I could not resist, got 2 TB total, then recently got 2 TB more. Very reliable company and values! Now I have the “encrypted storage” add-on too! Great pCloud!
Lacking the basics

I’m have a folder on my phone. It has files and folders inside of it as folders do. I want to upload it to pCloud through the mobile app, since apps are supposed to be better than the website. There’s no way of uploading the folder. This is such a basic thing! Why do you have dozens of other features when you don’t allow me to upload a folder?
