iPhone
Focus on your workout, not your phone.
Pulse is an interval timer built for people who train seriously.
BUILT TO BE SEEN FROM ACROSS THE ROOM
The countdown fills your screen. Bold color-coded backgrounds shift with each phase: green for work, indigo for rest, amber for prepare. You can read it from the other side of the gym without picking up your phone.
YOUR WHOLE ROUTINE IN ONE SESSION
Chain multiple exercises into one continuous session. Each exercise gets its own number of sets and its own prepare, workout, rest and cooldown times. Build it once, run it every time.
AUDIO CUES THAT ACTUALLY HELP
Distinct beeps for segment changes, the last 3 seconds of every phase, and the end of the workout. No voice coaching, no music. Just the signals you need.
FREE

No account. No ads. No subscription. Just a really good timer.

The timer keeps running with the screen locked, with pause and skip on the lock screen
Chromecast: the TV keeps the time, so your workout carries on even if your phone sleeps
Clearer timer: bigger exercise name, dots for your sets, “Next” only when the exercise changes
Interrupted? Pick up where you left off
Previous restarts the ring; rewound time no longer counts
