ScanTrip simplifies trip management with powerful tools for organizing passengers, vehicles, and itineraries. Each passenger is assigned a unique ID and a QR code, which you can print in various formats, including adhesive labels to stick on passengers' badges.
Coordinate complex trips with ease: invite collaborators to assist with passenger boarding using the free ScanBoard app. Embarkers simply scan each passenger’s badge with their phone to mark them as boarded.
Monitor boarding progress in real time on a centralized dashboard, showing the status of all vehicles and lists of boarded or missing passengers. Track vehicle locations live on the map during itineraries.
After the trip, generate detailed reports in PDF or spreadsheet format for accounting, review, or sharing purposes.
