The app has problems and bugs

I decided to try the SPARK service, because it seems very good, but my experience was negative. I registered, added all my personal information and everything seemed to have gone well and as expected. But when I tried to reserve a car the app said that a minimum of one year experience as a driver is required. The problem is that I have 10 years of experience as a driver and they should know that from my driver’s license. And the bigger problem is that this message is only displayed once you try to reserve a car. And that is after all the registration and even after they take the 20 BGN fee, which is extremely annoying to me… It would have been soo much better if this message was before they take the initial fee! Otherwise I like their idea Hopefully they will fix the bugs… They fixed the issue for me this morning, and everything else is great 😀👍

UX recommendations

As a heavy Spark user throughout the years I find it really frustrating that vehicles left in any shopping mall parking are basically impossible to find. In case you guys don’t know, people leave the Spark cars everywhere except the proper parking lots. As a UX designer myself, I can say that you haven’t taken into consideration the user journey in offline and online environments. A solution to the problem could be for example: when the user wants to leave the car specifically in a mall parking they won't be able to lock the car without attaching a note with information about the vehicle location: parking level and parking lot number. This could improve tremendously the user experience of your customers. Also, important information like where the Spark parking lots are located in shopping centers is completely missing in the app and offline. There is room for improvement in that regard too. I hope I helped with these ideas and btw, I am open for new job opportunities in the field of UX design. If there are available positions in your UX team I’d gladly apply.

Very good but take little bit more care of cars.

The service is very good and very cheap. Under 8 lv to the Center. No taxi can do this. The cars are clean but the only problem is that some cars people connect their phones and it’s very annoying because it’s trying to connect and call non-stop. Please after someone leave a car disconnect it.
