Limited features and delete accounts with no transparency at all.

Don’t waste time, just go and use Revolut instead. I’ve got Vivid since it launched but I literally haven’t used it due to still being limited in features, at least in comparison to what I was used to from using Revolut. Yesterday their partner, Solarisbank, decided to delete my account without any legitimate reason and without providing any details at all. Awesome way to treat your customers, right? As I said I haven’t used it that much, but there’s is definitely not a clause like that in their terms and conditions and all of my income is totally legal and I don’t do any shady stuff. In that sense, I reached out to ask and I’m totally disappointed by the way they treat their customers, not acceptable in times where there are many more better apps like these and you’re fighting for market share. Vivid started nice with the cash back features in order to gain customers but it gets annoying trying to refer friends for an app that doesn’t do many of the things Revolut does only to get a few bucks back out of your grocery bill. Anyway, dissatisfied with their service and thank god I didn’t put any money in it.

Application is out of support

If your installed app is 1 version behind the latest one, when you try to open it, you’ll get a message “The version you’re using is out of support please update the application”.
Well that’s not nice at all. Especially when you’ve reached a monthly limit, you are in a queue in the market and you can’t login to increase your limit or do other simple operation until you update the app… I used to like Vivid, but since recently with this limitation and their policy changes, they’re driving themselves out of business.
