Saved my “life”. Amazing service.

Best service ever! Amazing, clean, high-class cars even for economy tariffs (I was surprised when I’ve got Lexus for my first ride, then Infinity. Even though the 3rd ride was in Chevrolet, the car was clean and tidy. And the best driver ever: patient, kind, friendly, understanding! He was quickly changing the pickup point cz of my stupid mistake of dropping the pickup spot wrongly, and I’m not local, no connection with me except the WiFi spots. Contact center car for help, then the driver also waited for me in another spot! Patiently, not even a word, not even a sound, not even a mere root that he might have been unhappy or irritated. Nothing! Only understanding and support!!! Thank you for you help!
And customer support is another topic: AMAZING GUYS! How fast you were reacting to my requests, how supportive and understanding were you, when I was in a rush in order to pick up my docs from the institution which was about to be closed!

The app is really bad

Sent the request to the driver while I was checking without any confirmation, you need to reanalyze the procedure for booking,, I am really upset as the driver came to me when I already booked from another app and I don’t know the app already booked for me in this app, and I was looking like scam and he was angry, and he has the right, but that wasn’t my mistake.

I got robbed and Careem has no control over their drivers..

The drivers can manipulate the app and details of the ride without the rider's consent. They change routes in the system that didnt even happen. On the other hand Careem have no control over the drivers they hire and "the details in the system" they refer to is the one the drivers can fake information in without the rider knowing. Their customer service is another story. I raise a compliant on the app, I get a call from UAE to tell me that this is "Jordan's call center" and that I have to call KSA service office to help with my compliant and the fact that their staff havent used the app is another scandal.
