Since 1 month all the ride books with jenny always change and big different with estimated before book the ride and I got this issue with all my family and friends.And almost all of them starting booking with other applications companies like Uber.Uber can be trust and give all respect to clients.

Worst app i every try. Ride fare was 2 time of what initially show. Did not have any system to report driver. Will not recommend to anyone. I want to report the drive but the function is not working. App is poorly designed as i am not able to find customer support services any where in the app.Not satisfied at all.

I keep contacting the customer service for issues I had with the ride and they reply back with “what ride?” all the time although I report the ride specifically. The bad drivers seem to enjoy it because they never follow the app policies!
