I have two ubl accounts but I cannot open both in one mobile. Lots of people have one mobile-Only we can use one account in mobile phone- need improvement on this issue

When I am trying to login In App. After entering user name password when I press login. App automatic close. And i receive OTP. OTP page does not appear. And application close.
