Despite any drawbacks people have about Ila , personally I think it’s the BEST bank on the island. The App is so easy to navigate, call center is highly rated. Management needs to focus more on the call center and App improvements. Call center staff to be provided with an excellent environment from on going training, better eating corner EVEN if the invite a well known coffee shop or restaurant. Car Parking within the building. The weather is absolutely awful, imagine having to walk to get to work? Management who receive better pay and don’t deal with customers yet get all the benefits. Those who are setting in the highest floor enjoying the scenery while hard working people get less pay, no facilities. Because the bank is digital hence customers hardly visit SO the point of contact would be the call center or the App. Also the setup of call centre where customers can hear the noise of other agents is BAD. All these issues should have been addressed much earlier, however better to arrive later than not to arrive. The credit cards either you compete with CrediMax OR don’t waste effort and energy. The same goes for loans etc. I trust the recommendation would be looked into particularly it’s a constructive criticism in order to improve the customer experience.

I never felt the need to give reviews or ratings, but I’ll make an exception for ila. I’ve been an ila family member for almost two years, and I can confidently say that’s it’s been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution. The ease of use, the functionality, the support(contact center), products and services, the list goes on and on of how they’ve mastered every aspect possible, not to mention their engagement with customers through their social media accounts.. it’s truly unbelievable. Finally a bank that listens to their customers, applies their suggestions and takes into consideration any feedback. Not to mention they’ve got some cool looking ATM and now credit cards. Even the speed at which cards are packaged and delivered is unparalleled. Thank you, ila!

I am so happy to have moved to ILA. It is indeed a game changer with me. Literally when I travel it’s my favorite app and card to use. Such ease to switch to within accounts, link your accounts to forge in currencies and their virtual card is just fab while traveling completely safe and secure. Literally when my other bank debit cards failed to work while I recently travelled to China. ILA was literally the one card that help me book taxies to hotels with such ease. Definitely recommend opting them for all your financial needs
