When i wanted to register today, they told me that the phone number already exists. Someone has been using my account and phone number to benefit from me. When i reset the password to gain access to the application. It was already under another man’s name and email. (He was using my phone number) although i haven’t received any OTP for opening the account the first time. This guy has been using my phone number for a while. Moreover, when i wanted to raise a complaint to the company, they didn’t care and the only thing they could do is terminate the account. They didn’t want to raise an STR to the CBB Bahrain although they are required by law to do so. This also tells me that an application company holding my valuable information is being leaked and they don’t care.

Takes too long, Missing Food, No refund

i always order on this app cause i always get good offers, however i ordered on a fast food chain and they missed one of my order. Delivery guy didnt check the receipt before leaving the restaurant and when I ask customer service I asked them to follow through the missing order however it took 1 hour for them to get a delivery guy just to pick up the missing order. I told them i just want to cancel and ask for refund and they dont want to give me full refund after waiting almost 2 hours for my full order. Will never use this app again.
