I purchased a donut bundle from the app and i went out of my way to pick it up from the store to my surprise the manager refused to give it to me saying they do not deal with the app, the customer service of the app was so unhelpful with an agent called magdoline sending just robotic responses (copy/paste), with 0 professionalism in handling the situation.
