me and my sister ordered 3 shoes. 1 converse and the other two are adidas. And we have been waiting for A MONTH. 30 DAYS. and the day they promised to bring our things. We woke up to a notification saying they cancelled our order and we’ll receive the money after 2-10 days. We have been going to school with our dirty old shoes waiting for the order to come for it to just get cancelled WITHOUT our permission. I’m beyond disappointed. It was supposed to come in like 15 September since we ordered it 23 august, ITS 21 SEPTEMBER. And yet it didn’t give us a specific date and it got cancelled. Ngl if I ordered from shein it would’ve came in like 7 days max. I’m now the biggest Trendyol hater and forever will be. Now thanks I’ll be going to school with the same old dirty shoes for a whole week or two.

Please refrain from purchasing from this source. The quality of the item does not correspond to the description, and even the size is incorrect. When placing the order, they assure customers that if the item does not meet the description, it can be returned free of charge. However, upon requesting a return, they accept the return but refuse to issue a refund. They deduct a significant amount without providing any explanation.
