Most stupid l,dumb people and irresposible people if you are wondering what am i talking about go read my emails to you and how u have resolved it(Airtel people) and how u have stolen my money.Let me tell you now only even if you say sorry and all here below my review and ask me to be more specific with txn id and all then i ll say go dig ur emails and find what is the reason for a customer or infact so many customers to be unhappy with ur email team, resolving team and especially still ur airtel thanks app is trash as it does not give freedom to us customers to raise issues which we face instead it gives pre fixed questions to select from which are not even relevant and by the way my name is vijay and not some monisha n ohh stupid guy bcoz airtel has even played with my response as naming it someone else

Fooling customers worst service experience

Worst service provider and trying to fool the users on every movement .The advertisement shown these days is clearly fooling their customers to recharge the account with the higher amount so could get the benefit of zee5 and xtream app however, there is nothing in zee5 app that you can watch with this so called recharges.. everything says a premium subscription is required... so the airtel people stop fooling your valued customers
