I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the Floward application. The customer service is terrible - I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp multiple times and never received a response.After waiting over 24 hours past the expected delivery time with no communication from Floward, I reached out again to inquire about the status. The only response I’ve got was “ we are checking if it can be changed to the alternative “ !! The lack of customer service and complete failure to deliver the order I paid for is unacceptable. Floward clearly does not value their customers or stand behind their products and services. And clearly they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or providing a reliable service! This has been the worst experience I’ve had with an online delivery service, and I will not be using Floward again.”

Honestly, Floward is the WORST flower delivery app I have ever used. I face the same issues every single time — late deliveries, flowers arriving wilted and damaged, and now my order didn’t even arrive at all!What’s even more frustrating is your customer service. You don’t give clear answers, you don’t properly explain what’s happening, and you don’t actually solve the problem. I’m honestly tired of being embarrassed every time I order flowers through Flawless. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be seriously fixed.

I had an important occasion where I chose Floward as a reliable app. After 4 hours of placing my order I realized that they didn’t deliver my order in the time slot I chose. I called then and they just said oh we were about to call . The flowers you chose is not available. What?? After 4 hours of placing my order , you just found out that ??? What a heck .. I was so mad and my order was putt off to the next day . I don’t think I can trust them again . You better be careful guys
