It’s all marketing if you don’t deliver in 10 minutes

The delivery was scheduled for an hour later. There was no customer service agent to connect too so that I could track the order. Update or change your bot, it is absolutely hilarious and of no use.

We never wanted you to have such an impression for us. We'd request you to share the order details via info@blinkit.in so we can do the best possible and act accordingly.

Your delivery is time efficient but most of the time many items are out of stock. Moreover there is no comments section in your app where we can give special instructions such as to carry some change or not to ring the bell. Plus your delivery guys are so pathetic, they NEVER have change if we make cash payment. Very Disappointed!!

Developer Response
Hi Ritu, thankyou for sharing your feedback with us. We have taken note of it and have highlighted it to the relevant team. Also, we strive to provide our customers with their desired products at all times; however, the inventory is subjective to demand and availability. We'd suggest you use the "notify me" option in your app to get regular updates on the reestocking of your desired products.
