Slow & Wrong Queries

The app it self and their website I believes is very slow and show technical failure in some loading while retrieving the data or during login, the FAQ shows irrational results for the submitted search keywords. There is no way of communication or email for the representatives only DM through social media which is ridiculous. You can’t refund your ticket or changing without losing your money. The meal selection option is not working properly I was unable to confirm my selection. Etihad should work on improving the customer service to gain satisfaction.

It is good but i don’t know why there is no option in the app to add the boarding pass to the wallet ? And also it is annoying that you check the days with the suitable prices and when you choose the suitable dates the prices change after booking the return ticket ? Its like you’re forced to pay more.. so inconvenient.
