App has improved in terms of order confirmation and delivery. Customer care is also well equipped for different requests, orders cancellations, returns etc.
Slow responding
This is my second time to order online and I faced issues in the two orders. The first order I didn’t receive my order and instead of that I received someone else order. You fix the issue after 15 days or more.
Now I’m waiting the second order and I still didn’t receive it and it has been 9 days and one of the items will be out of stock very soon.
I am very upset about your service.
Plus the (Contact Us section in the website is not working). And I sent an email to the support team and they replied that they are busy now but they will read my email and fix my issue when they are available
