Limited Capability and Info
Basket has a cap on number of products to be added. The app crashes. The description of the products are not sufficient at times, especially for dimensions. Not all products are listed. Choosing the delivery date is not an accurate process in the app
Delivery timing
Thank you so much for making shopping at Centerpoint easy, but you really need to look into having delivery on timings. I did place an order and it said that the delivery will be tomorrow, but what time, I don’t know??!! You cannot expect your customers to wait the whole day at home to have an item or two being delivered from your store. I do really appreciate the delivery option, but you really have to look into improving this issue which ch is timing. At least give me the option of choosing my time of delivery to be available. Thank you
Delivery
Since as promised they would delivery my item on Sunday but there was no calls nothing and in the map itself shows tracking but that doesn’t shows up well and around 10:07 am it says we couldn’t deliver :customer no response a like what I received text in the morning it’s out for delivery and there is no phone call from the delivery person nothing at all & sending those messages please guys we aren’t available always available at home so if you guys couldn’t deliver on so on date then don’t give such day or date for delivery
