Namshi’s delivery speed is on fire🔥🔥 they never let you down when you’re buying a gift or an item for a special occasion. 2 days and the order is with me! Also the quality of products is great and I love how responsive are their customer service. I highly recommend Namshi for anyone shopping online

Once I make my order I realized the size of my red dress was wrong, so immediately I contact the customer service for request that please change my dress size to M ( UK 10) I made this when my order still was in the processing status. I wait for hours but now one contact with me, and then I received one message saying that my order already was shipped. I think how is this possible if still I’m waiting a help for change my dress size before sending!!!???
So I call immediately to customer service number and I spoke with one staff there and he said the only help he can give me is to cancel my order and then I can place my order again with the correct dress size, he told me the carrier will call me to ask me. So I wait and wait yesterday full day for someone else call me to cancel my order, but the only thing I received was not a call....was just a message that said my order already is with Aramex.......... the only thing I have to said is WHAT???!!! Really very bad and unresponsive customer service, I’m very disappointed. They just send my dress without change my dress size and without cancel my order. They just ignored me.
Fast delivery with a very bad customer service.
Now once I’ll receive my dress I don’t know what to do!! I have to spend more money to send my dress back and exchange??? I’m so sad with my first bad experience shopping in Namshi.

Refund and exchange is so bad. Aramex doesn’t answer our calls and we end up with the things in the end.
I made a return order twice in May and June. Aramex doesn’t order and no one kept track of picking the things up and I still have them.

Right now I do have a return package but Aramex as usual are not answering.
