Description

Saku is a new wellbeing app, promoting the healing benefits of nature for both your mind and body.

The Enso Circle, a Japanese Zen teaching, represents the instantaneous moment where the mind is free to let the body create. We believe that there is an intersecting space between mind, body, and nature for us to not only practice activities that will promote positive wellbeing for ourselves but also to the Earth that we live on. “Saku”, to bloom in Japanese, captures the spirit of our app, refocusing and re-energizing users the space to explore themselves and the world to create a better environment for each other and the planet.

In this app, you will practice the “5 Ways of Wellbeing” developed by the New Economics Foundation, endorsed by the NHS and MIND mental health charity. They are:

- Connect
- Keep Learning
- Give
- Take Notice
- Be Active

We have prepared, and will continue to curate, activities for you to explore categorized by the “5 Ways of Wellbeing”. Each “way” has an element - collectibles in our app - that will be awarded upon completion of an activity. Collect all 5 elements to allow you and your avatar to grow together
