Cannot update anything
When trying to update profile (address), it doesn’t update at all, there is a massive bug in the app!
Moreover, the app needs an update since it is very slow and hardly view your correct information.

Worst application
This Gig Takaful is the worst application I’m using I have the insurance for my next travel, but when I want to verify and confirm it from the application, I tried to login and it shows error. It does not show my policy as well. Every time this happens so what’s the use of the application this deserve zero star
Very unhelpful
I tried to register since I’m new user i provide all the information & did provide the right OTP but still it says Registration failed.
I tried many times still the same not usefull at all
