Suggestions to make the app better

Hello Talabat ,
I use this app a lot because as a consumer i eat a lot which makes me use this app, and i would like to suggest something that would give the consumer perhaps a better experience ,
Would it be possible if you guys add a new feature called “Dark Mode “?
It would make the experience much better and more comfortable , because sometimes at night i want to order something and then the light just bursts into my poor eyes and annoys me which i don’t like and i’m pretty sure many other people don’t like it either .

Horrible experience

Talabat is literally the worst delivery application this is impossible! On second of Eid we ordered lunch, we contacted support for being late +1 They informed us that the driver was lost!!! But when we called the driver he said he just arrived to the restaurant to pick up the food!! Yes they compensated us but that doesn’t make it okay to ruin our EID! Another incident last night, i ordered via Talabat again!! The restaurant called to confirm the quantity of the order everything was ok and suddenly Talabat called claiming the restaurant had a technical issue that doesn’t allow them to prepare my order? When i called the restaurant back they confirmed that the order was given to Talabat’s guy?! Yes I was refunded but I waited for 2 hours for nothing and then they have the audacity to lie????? When I eventually confronted talabat they said they cannot reach their driver so they won’t make another delivery for me however they will return the money and cancel the order?! Such an app doesn’t deserve to be on the App store I swear.

Horrible app customer service and support

Firstly they charge a lot for delivery and the so called ‘service’ and most of that money is in their pockets not for the delivery people and unfortunately it doesn’t even seem to be used to invest in improving their app and customer experiences. Their customer service and support is bad! That is because of their policies I believe not the people serving themselves. Though the app does provide a wide range of option, it’s too wide, confusing and badly organized and filtered and their filtering is just inaccurate and not that helpful. They need serious customer service training and better app management and I can’t wait for better competition in the market because I believe their dominance causes most of the problems and they need to learn the importance of customer retention. I urge everyone to use the restaurants and vendors delievery services directly that way support these local shops better it’s cheaper and will provide better customer experience and satisfaction.
