Vonode 1.4.2: • Vonode is now available in Japanese and Korean. • Phone-style calling: the keypad suggests contacts as you type, Recents groups repeated calls and can show contact names, and you can swipe a call to call back or send a message. Contact names are matched on your device only, and only if you turn them on. • App Backup (Settings › App Backup): export this app's settings and paired nodes to one file encrypted with your passphrase, then import it on a new iPhone. • Call screening (node software v1.4.2 or later): your always-allow and always-block lists take numbers from any country, up to 500 each. A new option blocks calls with no caller ID; it is off by default. • Calls has a Blocked list that shows why each call was blocked, with one tap to allow the number again. • Filtered messages say why they were filtered, and Stop Filtering This Number keeps that sender's messages in the inbox. With node software v1.4.2 or later, sender rules hold up to 500 entries. • Vonode Lifetime is now how you unlock every feature: a one-time In-App Purchase that unlocks one node and does not renew. • Without Vonode Lifetime, the number you chose on a node with software v1.4.2 or later also receives SMS over Wi-Fi Calling (receiving texts only; calls still need Vonode Lifetime). • Without Vonode Lifetime, a node with software v1.4.2 or later also lets you use Filtered, mark messages as spam or not spam, and set sender rules. • Verification codes (node software v1.4.2 or later): texts that Vonode recognizes as a sign-in or verification code stay in the inbox even when a sender rule matches. • Number keep-alive (node software v1.4.2 or later): a number's details show its last use that may keep a prepaid number active and an estimate of the days left. Vonode 1.4.1 fixes: • Answering an incoming call is more reliable, including when the call arrives before the app knows which node it came from. • If you switch nodes while Restore Purchases is running, your purchase is no longer applied to the other node. • Node management pages load as soon as the node connects, support pull to refresh and keep showing the result of your last action. • If the Vonode relay has removed the app's security key (App Attest), the app now registers again by itself, so notifications and your subscription keep working. • When another phone moved your subscription or Vonode Lifetime to a different node, the Subscription page now says it is in use on another node and offers to use it on this node again. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use updated on October 14, 2026 (https://vonode.cc/privacy/, https://vonode.cc/terms/): with node software v1.4.1 or later and a subscription or Vonode Lifetime, the node includes the mobile network codes (MCC-MNC) of its SIM cards, including the equivalent home networks a SIM card lists, with its requests for carrier configuration when the Vonode relay asks for them; never the IMSI, ICCID or phone number. The relay keeps daily counts per node for 30 days to detect subscriptions shared between nodes; they only alert us for a review and never block a node automatically. The key the app uses to prove to the relay that it is genuine is kept until one year after its last use. From November 13, 2026, the relay may provide carrier configuration for at most eight different home networks per node in any 30 days; other network codes a SIM card lists do not count, though switching between many eSIM profiles of different home networks can still reach the limit. support@vonode.cc can see how many networks count for a node and reset the count.

Vonode 1.4.0 brings a redesigned interface with a dark, frosted-glass look. Numbers shows every phone number on your node at a glance, and each number has its own page for calls, messages, SIM and eSIM, carrier codes and Check network. Check network walks through the SIM card, carrier network, mobile data, SMS and calling service in plain language, with technical details and full diagnostics a level deeper. Messages and More use split views on iPad. New in More: automations, proxies, push notifications, backups you can create, download and restore, moving to a new phone, and node management, where you can review paired phones and remove a lost one, change the administrator password and install node software updates. Automations show the node's own time zone. Without a subscription you can choose one number on one node and read the SMS it receives over the cellular network; everything else requires an auto-renewable subscription or Vonode Lifetime, and each unlocks one node. New: Vonode Lifetime is an In-App Purchase you buy once; it unlocks one node for as long as VONODE LLC offers the Vonode services, never renews and needs node software 1.4.0 or later. The Subscription page can also redeem App Store offer codes.
