I have issue with paying with debit card, it was possible before, it has to be credit cards only

I made an order of BD 157 since april 17, and still it’s not even shipped. Status still showing Being prepared, wich is really anoying. I have send an e-mail to the customer service, and they replied that it’s taking more time during the current circumstances and that they can’t give me an estimated time for delivey. I can understand that there will be some delay in orders in this period, but not to this limit!!. I made several orders from other apps, and I didn’t face this problem with any of them. I need a fast soloution for my case.
Extremely Slow Order Process & Bad Customer Service
The app keeps freezing. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the status is still being prepared! I contacted the customer service and they have no real response and just said the order is being prepared without any estimated shipping or delivery date. I emailed them and it’s been 10 days without a response. I’m extremely disappointed in the Zara app and will never use it again.
