What’s new in Zerogram 2.5.0 • Improved live-stream audio to address robotic sound and playback speed issues. • More stable VoiceOver focus in long chats and while loading messages. • VoiceOver can now read the full original message after a reply, when the original is available. • Improved voice-message playback and controls after playback ends. • More reliable downloads and saving, with clearer completion and error feedback. • Group moderators can open join requests from Moderation and approve or decline each request with accessible buttons. • Sent messages appear while the keyboard is open. Video and comment menus have been simplified.

What’s new in Zerogram 2.4.2 • Older and newer messages now load ahead in the direction you browse, including with VoiceOver swipes. The separate loading buttons have been removed; Jump to Latest remains. • Improved restoration of saved chat history and your reading position when reopening a chat or restarting the app. • More stable VoiceOver focus while browsing messages and loading history. • Improved voice and video call setup, microphone and camera permission handling, and camera support on Mac. • Improved live-stream audio playback and recovery from interruptions. • Additional stability improvements and bug fixes.

What’s new in Zerogram 2.4.1 • Performance improvements for app startup, opening chats and VoiceOver navigation. • Older and newer messages load automatically as you navigate near the ends of the message list, while keeping the current message in focus. • Improved voice-message playback compatibility and recovery from incomplete audio cache files. • Improved live-stream audio handling.

What’s new in Zerogram 2.4 • Stories return to a horizontal row of circles, with an Add Story button. Playlists are now in the Options menu. • Improved photo/video selection for stories, text overlays and adding another story. Telegram’s account limits still apply. • Improved older/newer message loading, unread-message navigation and sender names. • Improved read and listened-status synchronization, with retries after connection failures. • Clearer VoiceOver actions, access to Copy Translated Text and language handling for English names and links. • Improvements to Braille text input, multiple-file sending, downloads, and forwarding and opening links on Mac. • Updated group-call controls and audio-session handling, including the Mac call flow.

What’s new in Zerogram 2.3 • Playlists: organize voice messages and audio files into named lists, change their order, resume listening, and use previous, next and playback controls. Lists are saved on your device for each account. • Create stories from the home screen. Add text to photos and videos or create text-only stories, with accessible font, size, position, alignment, color, background, screen-fitting and preview controls. • A clearer, accessible Viewers option for your own stories, subject to Telegram’s availability limits. • Copy translated text directly from message actions. • Automatically play consecutive voice messages only when the immediately following message is also a voice message from the same sender. This can be disabled in sound settings. • Voice recording now supports pause and resume, with a soft start sound. • Improved VoiceOver focus protection when navigating messages, loading history and leaving chats. • Improved older-message loading, unread counts, chat opening and access to documents and audio in group and channel information. • Improved synchronization of listened voice messages with Telegram, with a Listeners action in supported groups. • Further live stream audio processing fixes to address high-pitched voices and interruptions.

What’s new in Zerogram 2.2 • Similar Channels: discover Telegram’s recommendations from a channel’s information page. • Improved VoiceOver focus while navigating messages and loading chat history, including jumping to the first unread or latest message. • Better pronunciation of English names and mixed Arabic–English text in chat lists, search, profiles and other screens. • Voice recording: hold to record, slide left to cancel or up to lock. Double tap with VoiceOver still starts hands-free recording. A gentle vibration or soft sound confirms recording has started. • Fixed repeated notification sounds when opening or leaving comments and when starting the app. • Improved startup responsiveness and fixed freezing when choosing sound effects. • Corrected live stream audio processing to address high-pitched voices and interrupted sound. • Mac improvements: paste files into the message field, use Escape to leave chats, and access reply and message viewer actions more reliably. • Safer recording and audio playback when leaving chats or switching accounts. • Clearer storage information: media downloads remain manual.

What's new in Zerogram 2.1 NEW • Chat folders: create Telegram-style folders, reorder them, and add or remove chats from any chat's menu. • Save photos and videos to your Photos library, and save any file to Files (on Mac, straight to Downloads). • Forum groups can now open directly to all messages. Choose "Always open as messages" or "Always open as topics" for each chat. • Add a caption when sharing to Zerogram from other apps, and share to Saved Messages. • On-device translation: when Telegram's translation limit is reached, messages are translated on your device (iOS 26 or later). Secret chats can be translated on the device too. IMPROVEMENTS • VoiceOver goes quiet while a voice message is playing. • Media messages are read with the type first, then the caption. • Messages that mix Arabic and English (or other languages) are read with the right voice for each part. • Long messages up to 24,000 characters are split and sent in the correct order. • Custom notification sounds for individual chats now play when the app is closed. • Clearer translation messages, including how long to wait when the limit is reached. • Live stream recording explains in your language why it could not start. MAC • Sending photos, videos and files is much faster and more reliable. • Tapping a document saves it to Downloads. "Open document" is available in the actions. • The chat no longer freezes when the window is in the background. FIXES • VoiceOver focus no longer jumps around in channels. • Live streams connect with sound. • Secret chat messages are no longer lost when sharing or receiving notifications while the app is closed. • A second incoming call no longer interrupts the call in progress. • Saving group permissions no longer turns restricted features back on, and editing an admin keeps all of their rights. • Telegram links to specific messages now open. • Many other stability and accessibility improvements.

Zerogram 2.0 NEW • Voice chat and live stream recording: admins can record voice chats and streams as audio or video. Everyone in the chat is told when recording starts and stops, and the elapsed time is read aloud. • Stream recordings page: group and channel admins can listen to, watch, export, send to the chat or delete their recordings from the profile page. • Share to Saved Messages: when sharing photos, videos, documents or anything else from other apps, you can now choose Saved Messages. • Message channels: if a channel accepts direct messages, a "Send Message" button now appears on its profile. • Telegram notification sounds: sounds saved to your Telegram account can now be chosen as notification sounds. • The start voice chat shortcut is now a small icon next to the group or channel title. IMPROVEMENTS • Chats with many unread messages now open at the first unread message, and newer messages load correctly when you swipe or scroll with three fingers. • VoiceOver focus no longer jumps when new messages arrive or older and newer messages load. • Media with a caption now reads the caption first. Meaningless file names and file extensions are no longer read. • Translated messages stay translated when you move away and come back. • The message viewers list now explains why it is empty (unread, group too large, message too old, or viewers not shared). FIXES • Fixed messages loading only one message after opening a chat from a notification. • General stability and accessibility improvements. Thank you for your feedback. Please keep sending it!
