To get started
If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation
If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

Honestly very disappointing. A bank of your size should be able to ensure that its application works properly. It has now been over four months that I have been unable to launch the app, completely blocking my access to your services. No concrete solution has been provided so far. This is unacceptable for an institution of this level. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Ce serait mieux de changer de développeur. Je trouve cela inacceptable,De mettre en production une application remplie de bug. Vendredi pourtant dans la matinée j'avais accès à l'interface pour effectuer des opérations. Ce soir, on constate que vous ajoutez une fonctionnalité de demande de Code Pin. Mais à chaque fois que l'on veut mettre le OTP c'est d'abord difficile ensuite ça ne marche pas.Faites votre travail correctement.

Mon solde ne s’actualise pas et pourtant mon dépôt est confirmé. Je reçois le sms mais aucun débit dans l’application. C’est quoi ce problème ? Ça a commencé depuis quelques mois déjà . J’attendais une mise à jour pour régler mais rien .
