New in 1.0.0: • Support Bingers: the app stays free, and three optional plans let you back it. Hero: the supporter badge, and your votes on the Ideas board count more. Legend: app icons, your colour, creator stats, and auto-tracking from Plex plus an API. Icon: Bingers in your AI assistant and your name in the credits. Each plan includes everything in the one before. • New stats: your TV life, your TV personality, a hall of fame with your biggest binge and longest streak, when you watch, and the faces you see most. • A ratings chart on shows with enough ratings: see how each episode was rated and find the best and lowest rated ones. Titles of episodes you haven't watched stay hidden. • Upcoming episodes in a show's season list count down the days until they air. • Fixes: profile banners are no longer zoomed in, search ranks the title you typed higher, and Bingers stays reachable in Spain when internet providers block sites during football matches.

New in 0.2.5: • Rewatch a show from Watch next: once you're caught up, mark an episode rewatched and Watch next offers the next one to rewatch. Stop rewatching any time from the show's menu. • Progress bars on your profile: every show you've started gets a color bar next to its episode count. Yellow while you're watching, green when you're caught up, purple when it's finished, red when you stopped. Upcoming shows count down to their premiere. • Show pages open on your next episode: once a show is on your list, the seasons and episodes you're past fold away, so your episodes come first. Long-running shows you're just browsing list their first five seasons, with Show all for the rest.

New in 0.2.4: • Friends at the top of Explore: see what your friends are watching in an Instagram-like story feed. Tap a friend to see what they've been watching, their ratings, comments and season finales, and reply with a message, a like or a comment. • Connect with friends: it's now easier to find your friends on Bingers. Add your number so friends can find you, and see which of your contacts are already here. • Get a notification when someone in your contacts joins. You choose who can message you, and people you don't know land in Message requests. • Watched by now shows where each friend is: “Now on S03 E07”. • Bingers on iPad: feed rows sit side by side, rails show more posters, and threads and settings read in a centred column. Split View works too. • Import from over 20 more apps at bingers.app/import. • A movie's release date shows as precisely as it's known: the day, the month, or just the year. Fixes: • Show, movie and episode images are no longer blurred under the header. • Custom posters stay sharp in your Watch list. • With Reduce Transparency on, headers no longer cover profile, show and episode images. • Favorite characters: an actor who plays several roles gets a heart and a percentage for each one again. • In Arabic, favorite characters open on the first card. • Your watch list scrolls more smoothly, and big libraries save and sync faster. • Screens line up with the edges of the navigation bar, and the Stats and About me headers blur as you scroll. • Reviews are called Comments everywhere. • The Movies grid scrolls all the way under the tab bar. • Headers sit right on iOS 27, and the layout fits iPhone Duo.

New in 0.2.0: • The Emmys: see every nomination, vote for your picks and share your ballot. Once you have voted you can see what everyone else picked, and after the ceremony share how many you got right. • A new look for title pages: backdrops are now the default, more compact and what a lot of you asked for. The poster layout is still there in Settings. • Upcoming on your profile: shows before they premiere and films that are not out yet get their own section. • Counts on every profile rail, so you can see how many are in each at a glance. • Pick a profile banner from any show or film in your library. • Sort your Movies watch list by last added or release date. Fixes: • Rewatching a film counted it more than once in your stats. • Some titles showed in the wrong language on cards. • Imported comment counts now say they include replies. • Custom order was applied to lists you never arranged by hand. • The title page jumped when it opened. • On Android, the navigation bar follows the app's theme.

New in 0.1.9: • Import from more places: Simkl, Letterboxd, BetaSeries, Suite TV, Sofa Time, TV Time Data Extractor and Refract backups. Fixes: • Tapping Where to watch could freeze the app for some people. • Some people saw another show's poster in their watch history. • The TV tab opened empty for a small number of people. • Favourite character votes now go to the character, not the actor. • Rails and lists sit the right way round in Arabic. • Long menus scroll on Android, so every watch date is reachable. • The import format list scrolls on small screens. • Shows with nothing watched open on season 1, instead of every season closed. • Dates follow your phone's regional format. • Steadier syncing.

Explore has new lists. New, Popular and Most Anticipated now sit alongside Trending, for shows and movies alike, and you can narrow any of them by genre or release year. Explore also leaves out what you already follow, so the rows stay full of things you have not tracked yet. Search reads your language now. Titles match on the name you actually see, so you no longer have to guess what a show is called in English. Watch dates got their own flow. Pick which watch you are editing, then how to date it: the air or release day, a date from the calendar, or no date at all. You can date a whole show in one go, and dates now show on the rows in your feed. They use your region's format too, so the 1st of June is no longer read as the 6th of January. Mis-tapped a rewatch? Remove that one watch and keep the rest. Your account can be private now. Turn on Private profile in Settings and only followers you approve can see your shows, stats and lists, with no public page on bingers.app. Follow requests get their own list, and you can remove a follower without blocking them. Fixes: your Watch time now counts episodes with no runtime of their own using the show's average, so the total on your profile is much closer to the truth. Turning a notification category off now quiets the notification list too, not just the push. List covers use the artwork you picked. Comments open with a back button instead of a pull-down sheet. Your Movies see-all can sort by Release date.

Widgets got a pass on both sizes. They follow the app's theme instead of the device's, carry full posters, and tapping the header opens your Watch list instead of the first episode. The episode name is gone from the medium widget, where longer names were being clipped. Your Watch list now shows posters instead of cropped backdrops, and titles come through in your language everywhere, with a Keep original titles switch in Settings if you would rather see them as they were made. Fixes: your list sorting and grouping stick between visits. Shows that come back from a long break file under Watch next, and movies resurface on the day they land. Labels stop clipping at larger text sizes, play counts fit their ring, and title pages reveal their name as you scroll. You can also share a whole show as a card now, next to the episode and movie cards.

Everything since your last update, in one go. Switch straight from one episode to the next, right from the episode page: the most requested thing on our board. Share an episode or a movie as a card. Home screen widgets for upcoming episodes and what to watch next. Trailers on every show and movie page. Shows now has three views: List, Rails and Grid, and Movies has List and Grid. Caught up shows get their own profile section, next to Finished and out of In progress. Reorder your lists and your profile sections. A Following tab in comments. Mark a finished season rewatched and see its count. A small celebration when you finish a show. Title pages lead with the production status. One tap to set a watch to its air date. Import from Settings any time, one archive after another: official TV Time, TV Time Out by Refract, TV Time Liberator, Trakt and Refract exports all work. Fixes: watch dates now follow your region instead of always reading month first, syncing is much faster after an import, and links open the app.
