Description

Workouts is a free workout tracker designed to be efficient and keep you focused. Log your workouts with as few taps as possible. It doesn't connect to the internet, show you ads, or track you. Like writing in a notebook - it's intentionally minimal because working out doesn't need to be complicated. Show up, try to do better than last time, and repeat. Increase the weight or reps when you feel stronger.

Workouts is supported on iPhone X and newer models

What’s New

Version 1.04

You can now customize how much weight to adjust for each exercise. Previously, all adjustments were limited +/- 2.5. Now, you can set your adjustments to .25, .5, 2.5, or 5. Find the new options in "Settings" > "Weight Increment".
