（1）数据互联互通，一端通用
工作人员使用自己注册的手机号登录后，使用各模块已授权的账号进行首次授权绑定，则可进入相应模块的进行业务办理。APP包含“全员人口”、“协会基金会”、“托育服务”、“老龄健康”等4大模块，已基本涵盖人口相关工作，全省各级相关工作人员登录后，可实现相关模块的在线提交、审查、办理等相关业务。
（2）待办事项，精确提醒
后台通过点对点，按照模块分类，将待办事项提醒纳入APP首页，方便工作人员可随时随地在线办理业务，提高工作效率。
（3）动态展示，互问互答，随时联动
实现动态展示，互问互答，增强沟通频率，增强各地工作人员的互动。

一、村级直报功能
1、通过协同办公APP和电脑端上报的信息，在全员系统中均可查看与审核，并支持手机APP端审核，实现数据互通。
2、在APP中上报新婚及出生信息时，可以查看家庭户成员的详细信息。
3、在上报信息预览页面中，点击姓名即可预览该人员的基础卡信息。
4、在上报信息时，可以对全员基础卡业务卡进行查询（通过姓名查询），并回显相关信息，便于快速获取所需数据。
5、乡镇用户在审核上报信息时可编辑村级用户上报的信息，提高审核的灵活性和准确性。
二、搜索框优化
搜索框现支持通过姓名、拼音、身份证号进行查询，使得查找信息更为便捷。
