This release has had some polish, some fixes and a good old general tidy up all around the app to make the whole experience better, the big highlight is… • We have added the ability to edit your comments, you have up to 5 minutes after the initial post to make any edits you need.

This Release is all maintenance to ensure your app runs smoothly, so bug fixes and behind the scenes updates for many areas within the app. We also made some changes in notice centre to make it clearer what notifications you will be receiving when you are signed up to receive them.

This is a quick update to fix some minor bugs a small number of users have been experiencing. We’ll be back soon with a more substantial update, so stay tuned.

This release is mostly maintenance and bug fixes, the highlights are… - If you receive a reply to a comment you made, you will now be notified in notice centre, if of course you have notifications for ‘Commenting’ switched on. - In some rare cases a banned comment may have still been visible in the feed, this has now been fixed and they will no longer appear. - We have made a bunch of other bug fixes around the app too, making sure you have a much improved experience.

In this shiny new release we have, as always, been preparing for future changes and features, but also.. - We have fixed the comment sorting, so you can display the comments in the way you prefer. - We also fixed the area where your write your comment, this text area will now expand to accommodate the length of your comment making it easier for you to see what you have written. - We also improved colour contrast in a number of text areas to help our accessible users.

We have been working through the heat to bring you some meaningful changes and fixes, here are the highlights General Bug Fixes and UI improvements Commenting has received some love with new colour styling and more Fixed a bug where the ‘Breaking’ Label was being show for too long on an article. Some small Accessibility improvements, but there are a lot more impactful changes coming later in the year.

What’s New: We’ve been enhancing the app and are excited to introduce a new Notification Centre feature from where you can see all of your received notifications in one place, manage notification settings, as well as choose particular topics that you want to receive notifications for. Resolved issues: • Performance and UI improvements • Resolved an issue where the app would crash unexpectedly when opened from a rare type of push notification

Welcome to a new update that contains some bug fixes, improves overall app stability, and brings some nice performance improvements. In this one we've given you the choice to subscribe to different topics with your push notifications and tidied up the home feeds.

We have mostly been laying the foundations for some new features in this release, however, some of those changes improve the UI in places right now, others will be more transformative when we launch those new features, so stay tuned for a bigger update in future. Today’s update is mostly maintenance, but we do have some nice things too. First, we have a UX update for Commenting, we now display in the comments if the commenting conversation is closed, anyone trying to post a comment after it’s closed would not see their post and no feedback as to why. Well now that “Doh!” moment is a thing of the past, as today we are introducing ‘Reading History’. Inside the settings tab you will find the My Reading History section and there you will see every article you have read, or begun to read, all nicely organised by days and weeks. This information is also only stored on your device and is never sent to the cloud. We hope this little feature helps you continue to enjoy the news that little bit more.

The update lottery is back with a new release, so what do we have for you this time? This release is… A maintenance release woohoo! We can hear the groans from here, and we are sorry but these things do need to be done. Another bug release and all the fixes are too small for the eye, or too incredibly boring to explain in human speech. Either way, work was carried out, developers fiddled and the app works a bit better.

A bit of a maintenance release, this one. Mostly stuff in the background that needs to be kept updated, all rather dull. We won’t beat around the bush, this release is all maintenance. Okay, okay, we know we said some cool new stuff was on the way, but we had some rather annoying intermittent bugs that have been affecting a small percentage of our users. Many of those issues should be improved in this release, however we are still working hard on a fix for some performance issues that a certain set of users are experiencing, which we hope to resolve in a future update.
