Security improvements and small fixes

- Shared-device protection: for vessels using shared iPads, any admin privileges are removed after a minute of no use and only returned by re-entering the correct login password. - Admin-only actions: only admins can print, email or delete forms. - Nothing lost: deleted forms and photos are kept on record. - Trustworthy archives: a form is archived only once its PDF has actually been sent. - Verified digital signing on the Mac: an individual signer can be selected from the crew list and sign using their own password. - New signature pad: sharper signatures that sit on the line, on screen and in the PDF. - True A4 PDFs: with cleaner page breaks. - Improved zoom features for images and attachments
