I have tried to verify my passport but it keeps saying “Unclear Photo ID - Please make sure your photo ID is clear and readable.” & “Attempt limit reached - You’ve reached the maximum number of attempts. Please try again later.”I already tries uninstall & installing, restarting my phone, restarting the app. I cannot even go to the TNG home page in the app because it needs to verify first. it’s been 1 week now I have been trying. Please fix this. I’m going overseas soon.

Keep trying the app to key in the credit card detail to ‘add money’. The app tell ‘something unexpected occur….’ And i already update the app with the latest version. Please fix this. Thanks
