Lore: Daily Facts & Learning
Bite-Sized General Knowledge
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The feed that makes you smarter.
Lore is a microlearning app: an endless feed of bite-sized knowledge. Swipe through short, true stories about history, science, philosophy, psychology, art, mathematics, technology, mythology, and more.
Every swipe is one complete idea — a fact, a story, a person, an event. Read it in a minute, or open the full article and go deeper.
MICROLEARNING, NOT A COURSE
You do not need to start a course, finish a chapter, or commit to a long study session. Each story is designed to be understood in a few minutes, with the option to explore the full article when something captures your interest.
Open Lore during a spare minute, a commute, a study break, or before bed. Five minutes is a complete session.
HOW LORE WORKS
• Choose your interests, from ancient history and mythology to astrophysics and modern technology.
• Swipe through an endless educational feed of bite-sized stories, facts, and ideas.
• Tap any card to read the full article and explore the subject in greater depth.
• Receive personalized recommendations based on what you read, skip, and spend time exploring.
• Pull to refresh whenever you are ready to discover something new.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO
• Want to get smarter in the minutes they already have.
• Prefer short-form learning and bite-sized educational content.
• Want to improve their general knowledge during spare moments.
• Are curious about many subjects but do not always have time to read a book.
• Want a daily learning habit that does not require a schedule.
• Would rather come away from their phone knowing more.
LEARN THROUGH CURIOSITY
Lore is not another productivity system, online course, or study planner. There are no lessons to complete and no rigid learning schedule.
Simply open the app and start reading.
One minute might introduce you to a forgotten historical event. The next might explain a scientific discovery, philosophical idea, mathematical concept, work of art, or piece of modern technology.
The feed adapts as you use it, helping you discover subjects you already enjoy and ideas you might never have searched for yourself.
A LEARNING HABIT THAT STICKS
Every swipe contains a fact, story, or idea worth knowing.
A few minutes a day can become a learning habit you are glad you built.
