Attach PDF, Word and Excel files to work orders — not just photos. Photos now sit at the top of the new work order form, so you can capture the fault first. Filter requests by Responsible Section. Fixed: the bug report form kept the previous report's text and screenshot. Fixed: the requester's name was hard to read in the approval queue.

LEVEL 1 MAINTENANCE • A checkpoint can now be an ACT: Done, Not done or N/A. "Not done" counts as a finding and can raise a corrective work order on its own. • An act can consume a part — grease, oil, a filter. Answering Done takes it out of stock, the quantity stays editable, and undoing the act returns it. Not enough in stock? The check is still recorded and the screen says so; only the withdrawal is refused. • A round is a route: set the ORDER the operator walks it and the phone follows — the header shows Step 2/3 and completing a stop moves straight to the next one. • Scan the machine QR code and tap "Start today's check" to open the right round directly. Available from the Starter plan; reading rounds and printing their reports stays free on every plan.

Work orders now open on your live work, not your whole archive. Group by status or due date, filter to Today, Tomorrow or the next 7 days. Asset pickers no longer offer equipment you have retired — type its name and it still comes back, labelled. Requests can say a repair needs a machine stop, and the flag follows to the work order. Pick a location by browsing your sites level by level, not just by name. Plus: request and work-order forms now match the web, an Inspections tab, PDF and Office attachments, and a redrawn app icon.

Report a machine as stopped when you approve a request When you approve a maintenance request from your phone, you can now tick "Machine is stopped". FreeMaint sets the asset to Down and starts recording downtime from that moment, so your availability and MTBF figures stay correct without a second trip into the work order. Also in this release: • Fixes to the request list and the sign-in screen for branded workspaces. • The Recent list no longer keeps items you have deleted.

OFFLINE, FIXED PROPERLY The offline cache could silently drop writes, and a technician could walk out of coverage without the work orders they had just opened. That is fixed, and so is the replay of changes made while offline: what you do on the phone now reaches the server, in order, once you are back in range. Fixed a bug that could sign you out when you closed and reopened the app — including accounts using "Sign in with Google." You now stay signed in between sessions.
