Stance is your AI workout coach. Tell it your goal, your level, the days you can train and the exercises you like: it builds your sessions, adapts them as you progress, and stays with you between workouts.

- Gym cardio: 15 machines, a timer, your duration, distance and calories. Your coach builds you a cardio session, and your cardio workouts from Apple Health show up in your History
- Warm up with one press: keep your thumb on the bar at the start, and your warm-up sets are worked out from your working weight
