Booking through QueUP apps is only applicable for selected services at the Headquarters, Department of Immigration and National Registration.

How to reset?
App does not even show next available dates.
This QueUp app is practically useless. You cannot even book a time in advance and you still need to contact them. And even if you book a specific time, you will still get called at a later time.
This does not solve walk-in problems at all.
